This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile app TamaShell (“the App,” “we,” “us”), published by Ultra Entertainment, handles information. We built the App to collect nothing at all: there is no account, no login, and we never ask for your name, email, or location. Your pet — its stats, inventory, coins, and cosmetic selections — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
TamaShell has no backend server, no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We don’t know you have the App installed, and we can’t see how you play it.
TamaShell offers optional, one-time cosmetic purchases (alternate colour themes and pet forms). These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit — we never receive or store your payment details, and purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to us. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The App may ask permission to send local notifications (for example, when your pet needs
attention). These are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — they are not push
notifications and no server is involved. You can disable them anytime in
Settings › Notifications › TamaShell.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and because we don’t collect any personal information from anyone, none is collected from them either.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
